I write this in the final minutes before Venus joins Jupiter in the sign of Cancer, so I’ll keep it brief.

Jupiter reflects our urge to seek truth and meaning, to live according to our deepest beliefs. These beliefs are infused with the highest qualities of the sign our natal Jupiter occupies, although when we feel lost or hopeless, we may experience its more discouraging expressions as well. Throughout life we journey through highs, lows, and everything in between. Jupiter asks us to have faith, to make meaning of our experiences, and then to live generously and abundantly according to what truly matters.

At the simplest level, I will always answer: love.

Jupiter in Cancer over this past year has invited us toward the highest expression of unconditional love, for ourselves and for others. It encourages us to find joy in connection, to remember that love, care, and belonging are the healing balm we need right now.

Venus moves quickly around the zodiac and meets Jupiter once each year, bringing together the principles of relationship, value, and resources. Venus helps us magnetize people, opportunities, and experiences that reflect what we cherish. In Cancer, Venus sings the same love song as Jupiter. Yet Venus makes it personal. She whispers: care for the ones you love.
