This program will:
Teach you Evolutionary Astrology from the basics through chart synthesis and forecasting (transits, progressions, solar returns, solar arcs)
Develop your skill in important specializations such as astro-mapping, relationship astrology, vocational interpretation and more
Cultivate ethics, compassion, and superb consulting skills
Develop and deepen your intuitive skills, so that you are guided in chart interpretation, and are comfortable trusting and sharing your insights
Teach you the spiritual psychology of psychosynthesis applied to astrology — “Astrosynthesis.” The heart of this empathic philosophy guides us to work with people in a safe, compassionate container, and you will also learn practical skills to integrate healing process into consultations. Astrosynthesis helps people resolve and heal hard aspects within the chart
Deepen your own spiritual path so you are an authentic guide for others

Dynamic retreats to connect and practice Evolutionary Astrology
The whole program includes Twelve six-week Zoom classes plus Spiritdance Mentorship and Consulting Skills training.
Essentials of Evolutionary Astrology — Planets, signs, aspects and houses form the base of this foundational class. Understanding dispositorship (sign rulers) and the basics of the Karmic Story deepen your core knowledge.
Chart Synthesis I - Deepening the cultivation of the karmic story as a reincarnational/historical metaphor as well as the psychological motivations from the Lunar Nodes and connected planets. Developing fluency and skill in classic chart synthesis techniques such as the Primal Triad, chart types, aspects interpretation,
Chart Synthesis II - If you are new to astrology with this program, usually a second level of chart synthesis develops more fluency in understanding where to start the interpretation, how to skillfully synthesize challenging aspects, etc. In this class we work with group members’ charts where the actual experiences of the group member at a time cycle is aligned with all of the chart synthesis techniques. If you have more experience in astrology in general, six meetings of the “Professional Astrologers’ Group” can be substituted.
Cycles of Evolution – Predictive Cycles: Transits, Secondary Progressions, Solar Arcs and Solar Returns are explored to be able to predict major turning points in growth and evolution, and likely events forecasting.
Life Stages in Astrology - A deeper exploration of human development cycles of planets and their transiting relationship to their natal position. This class includes Progressed Lunar Phases, Saturn returns and squares, Uranus cycles including the “midlife crisis” Uranus opposition, Pluto square Pluto, and Neptune phases. These cycles have a major effect on life, and define turning points we all go through at about the same age.
Relationship Astrology I - Everything you need to know about your relationships is in the natal chart. In this class we will explore natal relationships needs, gifts and challenges including the relationship houses, connections to Venus and the Moon, and derived houses.
Relationship Astrology II - Synastry between two people is discerned from looking at the two charts together plus the midpoint composite, and/or the Davison composite. Analyzing is one thing. How to tell a client or a couple what you perceive in their chart is another, so we will also discuss consulting skills for relationships and for couples.
Vocational Astrology and other Key Techniques - Vocation, Finances, Health, Locational astrology (astromapping) and other important questions to be able to synthesize.
Psychosynthesis - Spiritual Psychology as a core philosophy plus guiding tools, integrated with basic hypnotherapy techniques appropriate for the astrologer.
Astrosynthesis – Integrating the planets as Inner Parts, this course blends astrology and psychosynthesis in a practical way to heal hard aspects
Traditional Techniques - A survey of many traditional astrological subjects, including eclipses, Saros cycles, declination, dignities & debilities, horary, electional, planetary Synodic cycles and more
Intuitive Skill for Astrologers – Blending astrology & intuition skillfully
Each of the above six-week classes currently costs $333 with potential sliding scale of 20% or international currency 40% discounts

Spiritdance Mentoring Group - Launching or Expanding Your Astrology Business – Branding, marketing, social media, websites, finding clients, writing a Business Plan—all the business basics — plus deeper work to heal any blockages to success. Group meetings & private coaching. - Starts each January with six meetings over the course of one year. For More Information - OPA Mentorship with Kay may be substituted.
Consulting Skills – Ethics, empathy, counseling skills, communication, cross-cultural, diversity and consciousness — Can be taken through OPA (Organization for Professional Astrology) or by retreat or online training with Kay. CERTIFICATION
For Certification in “Soul Path” Evolutionary Astrology, all classes must be taken or exempted based on previous experience or training and it is clear from class work you can do a consultation/healing at basic competent level.
Professional Level – All required classes plus, a recorded session with a new client reviewed and approved. This includes 1 year of supervised experience via Professional Astrologer Group or private sessions and demonstrated excellent capabilities.
Spiritual consciousness, a sense of ethics and the ability to deliver an empathic, compassionate reading or healing are as important as the astrological skill for Certification.
