Organization for Professional Astrology (OPA) now has an Eastbay chapter, and we are holding this free event — an exploration of the Caesar E. Chavez Memorial Solar Calendar — on the evening of Saturday, June 15th. The rising of a near-full Moon at 7:30 pm and the setting of a near-solstice Sun an hour later will help Astronomy-for-Astrologers expert Gemini Brett show you how the site works. You will also learn practices for embodying the energies of the cardinal directions and of the phases of the Moon and have a chance to see Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter in the sky with your eyes. OPA is excited to invite you to celebrate the marriage of Heaven and Earth with our cosmic East Bay community.
