The path of the heart.
I live this path; offering you my support, empathy, humor and wisdom as we move through the ups and downs of life’s complex terrain.
A natural clairvoyant and empath since childhood, and a highly skilled astrologer, I have developed and refined all of my psychic and energetic healing skills to be able to offer you a unique perspective on your life.
Grounded. Compassionate. Reassuring.
I’ve been through virtually everything life has to offer, from a history of serious addictions to a high level corporate career, and from the challenges and joy of a special needs child to more relationship karma than one life should ever have. I know directly how to transform complicated karmic experience into a sense of integration, soul-centered power and calm.
With a deep passion for the nature of transformation, I studied evolutionary and psychological astrology, psychosynthesis (an empathic spiritual psychology), hypnotherapy, psychic healing arts, bodywork and yoga.
All of these modalities are integrated to offer you a unique session tailored to your needs.
From novice through advanced and professional levels, I teach astrology, intuition and spiritual practices. I can guide you to access your intuitive wise self, or understand the basics of astrology to enhance your life choices. I lecture at professional astrologer groups and conferences. I teach yoga and mentor teacher trainees.
And I love to write...
I wrote “An Intuitive Life” blog column for Astrology.com for many years, plus articles for astrological journals--going back to publishing the newsletter when I was a cofounder of the Dolphin Dream store in Walnut Creek. Since the 80’s, I’ve been sharing my thoughts on living a spiritual, transformative life. You'll find current writing in the Blog and by signing up for the newsletter at the bottom of the home page.
My book, Soul Path Way was published in 2016. A balanced and accessible blend of these dynamic streams of wisdom, it serves as a great introduction to my work.
The how-to-be-a-great-astrologer anthology published by OPA, The Professional Astrologer includes a chapter by me, and Essential Astrology, due to be published in 2019, includes two. I co-created a Consulting Skills program for astrologers for OPA and am now Education Director for this fast-growing, diverse international astrology group.
A yoga practitioner for decades and teacher since 2013, I now have the honor of being chosen as a mentor teacher in the Janet Stone Yoga teacher trainings.
I live this path; I am honored to offer you my service.
‘Kay Taylor is one of modern astrology’s best kept secrets. She is world class in skill, wisdom and articulation. Her clients range from street kids to the high and mighty. I am delighted that she has chosen to make her work more public. Don’t miss her’
