Loving Boundaries/Spiritual Grounding • Saturday, June 4 • 2 pm to 5 pm
By popular request, I’m offering this one again: Are you too loving and giving? ... or perhaps rigid and unyielding? Head in the clouds? ... or feet planted firmly on the ground? I can help you find the best balance for you of these four polarities plus show you how to shift effortlessly from one position to the other as situations require. We don't have to operate from old patterns when we understand our basic wiring and work with very simple healing techniques to upgrade the wiring to fire on all four channels. REGISTER NOW
Clear Insight: Deepening Intuition • Saturday, June 18 • 2 pm to 5 pm
If you want to have a clearer connection to your Spirit guides and higher Self, or understand a bit more about reading energies and dream interpretation, this is the class for you. You will learn skills to gain clarity and trust in your answers. This workshop will take you to the next level through practical advice, demo readings and partner work. Psychic skills intro workshop or similar background required. REGISTER NOW
Astrology & Buddhism • Saturday, July 30 • 2 pm to 5 pm
The integration of Buddhist philosophy and astrology allows us to see ourselves through the lens of karma, opportunities for growth, and an awareness of choices we can make. This is not the astrology of fate where we ask what is going to happen; this is the astrology of consciousness and choice. I’ll talk about basic Buddhist concepts and the spiritual meaning of each planet, and our meditations will focus on connecting to powerful planetary energies to create more flowing change and release fear of upcoming events. RETREAT/WORKSHOP UNDER CONSTRUCTION: "Intuition & Compassion For Professionals".
Now in the planning stage for early October, 2011, this weekend retreat in the Bay Area will focus on clarifying and deepening your intuitive skills and applying this wisdom clearly and ethically to your chosen work field. I'm thinking particularly of therapists, counselors, yoga teachers and bodyworkers, but more and more the corporate world also embraces the need for intuition to make good decisions as the world moves too fast for analysis. Compassion for ourselves and others allows us to be good listeners, find work/life balance and resolve inner conflicts so we can communicate clearly from a place of empathy and strength. To deepen compassionate skill I will teach the philosophy of psychosynthesis: the healing processes we will do throughout the weekend will resolve some of your current questions or challenges as well as allow you to take this skill into your work life in a practical way. Please email me to confirm interest so I'll have an idea of the size of group I'm scheduling for.

"As a newcomer, the teleclasses offered me a great opportunity to engage with more experienced individuals and, to learn from a very diverse group"
"Surprisingly to me, teleclass was a richer experience than going to a meeting room because I was more able to relax, focus and meditate in the comfort of my own surroundings"
"I just love being in my own home and feeling like I'm connecting with a group -- without having to drive anywhere"

RETREATS
In the past years, I have taken many groups to the Pyrenee mountains to see the caves (which have more to do with Goddess energy than paintings of animals) and enjoy the delicious food and lifestyle of rural France. Tuscany in 2007 was amazing with a medieval castle location outside of Florence and day trips to Sienna and Assisi. In 2008 we went to Costa Brava on the northeast coast of Spain near Barcelona and lounged around on the beaches and walked every morning along the sea--with just enough time for meditation and inner work. In 2009 we went to the Languedoc region of France, famous for its wine, but the Lerab Ling Tibetan Buddhist traditional temple was one of the high points of our visit. Occasionally I offer local retreats to relaxing places such asCalistoga, CA.
I am still considering future trips to England, France, Crete and Spain, but am taking a break in 2010 while the economy finds its way and I write and play.
