You have probably experienced some level of intuition, such as having dreams, visions or feelings about things that come true.  Psychic perceptions are a naturally part of being human, a skill that can be developed to be able to receive accurate information when it’s really needed and to be able to trust this guidance.  In this day long workshop, I will show you how you already specifically receive information through the chakra “antennas” and give you tools to deepen your clarity, accuracy and trust.   This includes clarifying meditations that ground you, run energy correctly and create boundaries. You will connect with your spirit guides, and learn the basics of clairvoyance (the ability to see energy) and aura reading. Whether you are a total beginner or have practiced meditation and developed your intuitive skills, this workshop will provide an abundance of clear and grounded information. We will do several experiential exercises and practice individually and in pairs to learn the various ways one can access information and healing energies.
